How do I register my child?

The easiest way to register is online, but you can also mail in your registration and payment. When you register online you can pay by credit card.

What is the refund policy for Recreational Fees.

The club has a NO Refund policy.

Recreational soccer plays two seasons per year and incorporates player ages 3(Turf Tykes)-18. The fall season begins in mid September and runs through the beginning of November while the spring season begins in mid February and ends around the end of March.
Players register for each season individually.

What about practice locations, frequency, and times?

Lafayette offers numerous public parks with soccer goals and most teams practice in their home area. Fields 1-2 and 4-17 at Moore Park are open for practices. These fields are available on a first come, first serve basis. Teams can practice once per week, but are encouraged to limit that practice to 60 minutes.

What do I need for my child to play?

1. Shin Guards: They are mandatory and must be worn underneath the socks. The socks must cover the shin guard completely.
2. Appropriate foot wear: Soccer cleats are not mandatory but they are highly suggested. The player can play and practice in regular tennis shoes. Football and baseball cleats are not permitted.
3. Your child may not wear earrings and jewelry during the game. This includes "starter earrings".
4. All players are encouraged to bring a size 3 or 4 soccer ball and encouraged to bring a labeled water bottle.

Do I need a uniform for my child?

A full uniform of (2) jerseys, (1) short, and (1) pair of socks will be provided to each player.
