Junior Academy Registration Is Open

Players born 2008 - 2010 Eligible

Academy style programs have emerged as the 21st century alternative to the frustrating shortfalls in soccer development displayed in most pre-teens. This void is heavily influenced by coaching quality and the pressure to win at critical periods (7-12 years old) in the developmental process.

Players born in 2010:

CSC Fury/Rage '10 Juniors (8U) -
The CSC 8U Juniors program is the first step into the Cajun Soccer Club Developmental Pathway. It is designed to provide a high level training and game environment for players born in the year 2010. The program focuses on individual player development. CSC 8U Juniors seeks to serve all players born in 2010 who have the ability and/or desire to play at a higher level in conjunction with the LYSA Recreational soccer program. CSC 8U Juniors players will train once per week, with in-house game events on most weekends.

The CSC 9U Academy is the next step along the Cajun Soccer Club Developmental Pathway after the CSC 8U Juniors program. Participation in the Juniors program is not a prerequisite for participation in the 9U Academy. The program focuses on individual player development. CSC 9U Academy seeks to serve all players born in 2009 who have the ability and/or desire to play at a higher level. All 9U Academy players have the option to also participate in the LYSA Recreational soccer program, or not. CSC 9U Academy players will train twice per week, and will participate in single day Play Date and Festival events with other near by soccer clubs.
